Beautiful villa located in Llutxent on the Costa Blanca in the heart of nature of 205 m2 and land of 10,000 m2, with a capacity of 8-10 people.

This wonderful villa, of Greek inspiration, is located in the heart of a natural area.
Outside: large terrace with kitchen, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and gas stove, as well as a large barbecue area and wood-burning oven.

The villa has 4 bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed, two rooms with a single bed and another room with a double bed and a trundle bed. Two of the rooms share a full bathroom en suite.

The house is full of details designed for your comfort, such as in the bathroom on the first floor we find a piece of furniture that opens and is a conduit through which we can throw dirty clothes and towels so that they fall directly into the laundry room that is in a separate space, with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
The house has removable screens on all windows and balconies.


Llutxent belongs to the region of La Vall d'Albaida, known for its natural landscapes and its proximity to the beach of Gandia, only 20 km away. This city is part of the famous "Ruta dels Monestirs", for hiking enthusiasts. 45km away is the city of Ontinyent, with its natural area "El Pou Clar", and the large Bellús marsh 16km away. 4 km from the village is the "Mas de Xetá", where you can go horseback riding and see the equestrian championships that are held there. At 8km from the Aeroclub Balica, where we can see several types of helicopters and have flying lessons. At the end of April, we will be able to enjoy the Moors and Christians of Llutxent festival.
