Beautiful country house with private swimming pool on the outskirts of Manacor, for 12 to 16 people on the island of Mallorca in the Balearic Islands.

This beautiful finca offers dream landscapes. A well-kept green lawn surrounds an impressive construction and a wonderful 10 m x 4 m overflow pool, 1.2 to 1.8 m deep, an outdoor shower, 12 deckchairs and two Balinese beds where you can relax after a delicious barbecue. The plot has more than 18,000 square meters of land.

The imposing house, almost 500 m2 spread over two floors, has a comfortable living room with up to five sofas to chat together or to rest comfortably.

The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Six bedrooms in total, all with wardrobe, air conditioning and private bathroom with separate whirlpool bath and shower. Two of them are on the ground floor, each with two single beds and direct access to the garden. The other bedrooms are located on the first floor, two with two single beds and two with double beds.
For additional guests, we can prepare up to 4 folding beds on the glass ceramic hob in this practical kitchen. And to make the banquet more appetizing, they have a television with satellite TV and air conditioning, the laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are six bedrooms in total, all with wardrobe, air conditioning and private bathroom with separate whirlpool bath and shower. Two of them are on the ground floor, each with two single beds and direct access to the garden. The rest is located on the first floor, two of them with two single beds and the other two with double beds.
For additional guests, we can prepare up to 4 single beds and up to 4 cradles and high chairs.
A toilet downstairs and a diesel central heating system complete the equipment.

Located only 4 km from Manacor, it has all the necessary services such as shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, cafeterias, tapas bars and good restaurants nearby. The Port of Manacor. It is located about 16 km away and is ideal to spend a good time on its fantastic beach before visiting the mythical "Cuevas del Drach".
