Luxurious villa in a natural environment with private swimming pool located on the outskirts of Manacor, on the island of Mallorca in the Balearic Islands with a capacity of 18 people.

This magnificent finca offers a lot of tranquility with its large green garden and its magnificent 10 m x 4 m swimming pool, its 20 sun loungers and Balinese beds that surround it.
Outdoor shower, barbecue....Table tennis and bowling alley..
La finca offers you a total privacy with a land of more than 20,000 m2.
The house is divided into two floors. Large kitchen-living-dining room with air conditioning. Living room with satellite TV, kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob and all necessary utensils, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in the laundry room.
On the same floor, there is a toilet.
7 bedrooms in total, all with two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and access to the garden or terrace. Three of them are on the ground floor and have an adjoining bathroom, one with shower and the other two with whirlpool bath and separate shower. The other four are upstairs and have a bathroom with shower. The four additional guests can be accommodated in single folding beds or in a sofa bed, as they wish. And if you are travelling with your babies, we can prepare up to 4 cradles and 4 high chairs. For cooler days, the house is air-conditioned with central heating.

This finca is located only 3.5 km from Manacor, a small town where you will find everything you need for your stay, such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and much more. About 15 km from the beaches of Portocristo, Cala Magraner or Calas de Mallorca, among many others, you can spend a fantastic day at the beach.
Portocolom or the Mondragó Natural Park are very quiet and authentic places that are also worth visiting. Don't leave without visiting the impressive and mythical "Cuevas del Drach" in Portocristo.
