Villa recommended for families or large groups of friends, who want to do without a car during their holidays.

This spacious and completely renovated villa consists of 4 independent apartments, some with a view of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach. Each apartment has a living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a covered terrace. The villa has a fenced garden of 2000 m2, in which there is a large swimming pool with hammocks and parasols, and a flat terrace, ideal for families with children, in which there are several pergolas with seats and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.
For your entertainment, the villa has a petanque court and a table tennis table.

Each apartment has an area of approximately 80 m2, between the 4 apartments, 360 m2. The villa has free wifi access.

The pool has a wave depth of 1.80 m and a shallower depth of 80 cm. External shower. From the pool area, there is a ramp for people with reduced mobility. The villa has a large flat area, where there are several pergolas to shelter from the sun, and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Only 1.2 km walk from Calpe's largest sandy beach (fine sandy beach), promenade, restaurants and all services. The village of Calpe is located about 1.5 km away. Parking in the same location for 8-9 vehicles.

Observations : Possibility to accommodate 1 additional person at an additional cost. Pets are allowed with a supplement of 40 € for the stay.
