Villa of 400 m² with private swimming pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca), located 1.3 km from the largest beach in Calpe, the promenade and all services. Capacity 22 people. Villa recommended for families or large groups of friends, who want to do without a car during their holidays.

The villa has a fenced area of 1300 m2, in which there is a swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols, and a flat terrace, ideal for families with children, in which there is a pergola with seats and barbecue.

Ground Floor: The ground floor consists of a large lounge/dining room. Satellite TV and exit to a covered and glazed terrace, in addition to the swimming pool.
Fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kitchenware.
Two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and wc en suite.
Two bedrooms with two single beds each. And a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.

First floor: The upper floor consists of 2 apartments with independent entrance. (Access by external stairs for each of the apartments).

Apartment 1: Independent kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kitchenware. A dining room accessible from the kitchen.
Three bedrooms each with a double bed.
One bedroom with two single beds.

Only 1.3 km walk from Calpe's largest sandy beach (fine sandy beach), promenade, restaurants and all services. The village and supermarket of Calpe are located about 1 km away.

Observations : Possibility to accommodate 2 additional people for a prior payment of 90€ per person. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
