This Italian villa has been rented for more than 20 years and, although the owners renovate the property every year, it has preserved its traditional Tuscan atmosphere. The Villa is located near the village of San Martino In Freddana - 5 minutes drive from the property - where you can find some shops, food shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. The seaside towns of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta are a short drive away - here guests can enjoy the delicious local gastronomy in one of the many restaurants, visit one of the beautiful art galleries in Pietrasanta or attend musical events.
