INTERIOR: This spacious villa is composed of an upper floor with SAT/TDT TV lounge/dining room and access to the terrace with panoramic sea view. Three bedrooms with one double bed each. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath and shower en suite.
There are also two other bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.

The ground floor consists of a living/dining room with SAT/TDT TV, a billiard table and access to a covered terrace overlooking the sea.
An open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher.
Two bedrooms with a double bed each, plus an en suite bathroom, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Separate toilets.

OUTDOOR: lawn, covered terrace with sea view and a 10x5 swimming pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. Portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking on the same plot for 2 vehicles.

PLACEMENT: This villa is located on the mountain in a very cool place, ideal for hot summer days. It is 2.3 km from the nearest sandy beach and 3.4 km from the nearest supermarket. The centre of Calpe is 4 km away.
