This property stands at the top of a hill, above a superb panorama that embraces the vineyards and olive groves all around. The Corte itself produces its own wine and olive oil. A renowned Italian architect thought of his restoration in a resolutely contemporary style and raised it to a high level of comfort. Its interiors are airy, thanks to numerous windows and French windows opening onto the garden. Light enters everywhere, enlarging beautiful volumes still embellished by open spaces, two-sided chimneys and balconies. The British owners of La Corte Malgiacca frequently occupy the villa and therefore wanted it comfortable and easy to live in everyday life by equipping it, for example, with air conditioning in all rooms, flat screen TV, stereo high-fidelity, tumble dryer, internet connection, billiard and high-end kitchen equipment including a Lacanche oven. The same care has been given to the landscaping of the garden, highlighted by a famous and talented landscaper. A superb swimming pool is installed in the most panoramic position of the ground, an electric curtain softens, in average season, the temperature of the water. It should be noted that the property is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
