VILLA 10 PERS. LUCCA PRIVATE POOL

This comfortable property was built on the ruins of an old 16th century farmhouse belonging to a noble family. It is located on top of a hill in the countryside south of Lucca, just 7 km from the historic center of the city.

The Villa was completely restored a few years ago preserving the character of a typical Tuscan farmhouse, highlighted by traditional materials such as exposed beams and old tiles (cotto). Original elements of the old structure have been preserved, such as a pizza oven and barbecue outside the main entrance. In sum a very comfortable country house, equipped with all modern comforts: wi-fi, mosquito nets and air conditioning in all rooms (except one).

The swimming pool (saltwater system, swimming against the current) is fully fenced, protected by a door for the safety of children, with a gazebo, chairs and sofa, swim against the current.

As the access road is quite narrow in some places, we recommend avoiding the use of large vehicles.
