Very nice house that can accommodate 6 people, with private pool and garden very close to Palma de Mallorca and with access to the direct road to the Sierra de Tramuntana. It is an ideal villa for families and/or cyclists wishing to make the most of the assets offered by the island, namely the sea, the mountains or the city of Palma.

The house has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 singles), two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The living space is open, large and bright thanks to beautiful bay windows.

The rooms are all very comfortable and modern.

Outside the house, you can relax by the pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and the garden surrounded by fruit trees. The garden, the terrace and the pool offer a warm, quiet and intimate space. You can enjoy an additional bathroom located right in front of the house. It is a very quiet area so that you can enjoy your stay in a fantastic place with all the tranquility.
