Located in the Alaró Valley, at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, this stone house with private pool offers accommodation for 8 people, ideal for a family holiday. The pool is salt water and measures: 8 x 4 meters and a depth of 1.4 m, it is for private use and is surrounded by pines, which gives an atmosphere of holiday and zenitude. Sun loungers are arranged on the terrace around the pool. You can swim while enjoying a unique view of the Alaró Valley while the only sound you hear is the singing of birds. It has several terraces that invite you to relax and enjoy your outdoor meals. For those who do not want to give up sports during their holidays, there is a ping-pong table, a table football and a volleyball net. The owner is an artist and will see different works such as stone statues in the garden. The plot is fenced and is ideal for those looking for tranquility and nature.

This character villa offers all services. In the large air-conditioned living room, you can watch a movie on satellite TV or a DVD with the children, listen to music or read your favorite book. In typical Mallorcan cuisine, you will find everything you need to prepare a banquet, thanks to its gas stove. The laundry room has a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor there are guest toilets If you are traveling with a child, we can provide up to two cribs and two high chairs on request. There are many board games for all ages in the house.

Two bedrooms, both with double beds (one with a bathroom with bathtub), are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath and a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with bathtub. Downstart, on level -1, is the games room with foosball and ping-pong, sofas and a bathroom with shower and fitness machines. This house is perfect in both summer and winter, because there are two air conditioners and four fans for the hot season and central heating for the coldest months.

Alaró is a romantic place in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana and is ideal for nature and mountain lovers. Alaró is famous for its castle which can be visited through a good trail. Apart from that, the area is ideal for cycling or walking. You can visit the village of Orient, the Chartreuse of Valldemossa or the picturesque village of Deià. There is a grocery store, restaurants and cafes in Alaró.

As for the beaches, you can choose between sandy beaches in the south, such as Palma beach, or rocky mountain coves, including Port des Canonge and Cala Deia. By car, you can reach the southwestern part and visit the beaches of Palmanova, Portals Nous and Illetes. In this part of the island are theme parks such as Kathmandu and the Jungle Parc Junior Forest Acrobatic Course.
