Sa Canova d'Ariany is a wonderful recent villa, which has all the comforts of a modern villa in a rustic setting, surrounded by fruit trees, where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the surroundings. It is 5 minutes from the village of Ariany and a 20-minute drive from Can Picafort beach, which will allow you to enjoy a wonderful holiday in a quiet area while remaining relatively close to the distractions of the coastal area.
The Villa offers spacious living rooms and has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and another with bathtub. At the back of the house, you can enjoy a large barbecue very useful for your meals on the sheltered terrace, and a children's playground with a swing, a tree house that will delight the little ones, as well as a ping-pong table. For those who prefer to relax, several rest areas and also two hammocks in the shade of several trees are at your disposal, essential to enjoy the typical Spanish "nap".

Right next to the living room is the large fully equipped kitchen with access to the barbecue and at the back of the villa. On the left side of the house, we find 3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90x200 cm each, and 2 full bathrooms with shower.
