This beautiful villa is beautifully situated within a vast estate belonging to a famous Florentine family of entrepreneurs, in a peaceful little valley in the hills that descend from the Apennines to the river Arno, 25 minutes drive from Florence. In the vicinity, many localities of historical interest. The house is perfectly furnished and equipped with great care. Outside, a pleasant loggia equipped with a lounge area and a dining area, ideal for relaxing or eating outdoors. At about 150 m from the house, beautiful pool (6x12 m) for exclusive use of guests and embellished with a gazebo equipped with armchairs, coffee tables and sun loungers. The property is offered with domestic staff: a maid 3 hours in the morning, 6 days a week (on prior request, staff available also on Sundays). Mosquito nets on the windows, WiFi internet connection, fans in each room; Private parking. The gardener lives in a wing of the property but has a separate entrance.
