Porto Ercole is a charming seaside resort located on the promontory of Argentario. All the seaside is animated by bars, restaurants with terraces on the sea and shops that have been developed in what was once the fishermen's warehouses.
The house is located in the village under the Forte Filippo, ancient fortress dominating the sea, and surrounded by a garden of
7,000 square meters with a private pool of 4 x 8 m, many shaded areas (tables and chairs as well as two verandas arranged for outdoor dining).
The location of the house allows you to easily reach the neighborhoods with grocery stores, various food shops, fruit and vegetable markets, fish stalls and supermarkets.
The furnishing is modern and very comfortable, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows; Internet in Wi-Fi mode.
The nearest beach is Feniglia, a little over 2 km long, stretching along the strip of land that connects the mainland to the promontory of Argentario (very fine white sand for several kilometers, rich pine forest and Mediterranean maquis of unusual natural wealth); warm and clean sea, crystal clear waters.
