The property (220 sqm) spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 12+2 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathroom

Ground floor: You are welcomed by a bright living room , 2 single sofa beds and a dining area.
Following a modern and fully equipped kitchen.
Next to the kitchen is the laundry room.
On the same level, you will also find double bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom.

First floor: The first floor accessible by stairs is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows: 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 large double bedroom and a small bedroom with two single beds (not joinable, ideal for children).
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
