Located on the promontory of the Argentario, Porto Ercole is a beautiful seaside resort from an old fishing village at the foot of the Rocca Spagnola, a beautiful Spanish fortress built in the sixteenth century.
Stroll along the narrow streets and small squares of this village, stroll along the sea or stop in the many cafes or restaurants with beautiful terraces overlooking the sea or go shopping in the shops in the old warehouses fishermen are a favorite pastime for leisure time.
The villa is located on the heights behind the village, about 1.2 km from it. In a quiet and panoramic position, with a view of the countryside and the sea, it is nestled in a screen of greenery that preserves prying eyes. It has a magnificent pool (4x17,5m) in the first terrace just below the house from which one enjoys a breathtaking view.
Nicely furnished with quality furniture it is equipped with accessories that make it a nice and elegant home. All rooms are air conditioned; the house is equipped with Wi-Fi Internet connection inside and outside, satellite TV with SKY programs, a stereo system, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and barbecue, and a laundry room with washing machine.
Outside, the large covered veranda equipped with table and chairs is ideal for outdoor dining and just after, there is a lounge with armchairs and a sofa; on the lower floor in front of the terrace which leads to the two bedrooms another shaded lounge has been laid out where to rest and relax.
Porto Ercole offers many social and sporting opportunities, with its various tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course and a wide range of water sports.
On request it is possible to rent a gozzo boat with skipper belonging to the owner.
Very beautiful public or private beaches perfectly equipped are located near the village: among the best known, the Feniglia, a few kilometers before the village, or following easy trails to browse the beautiful small bays where the Spiaggia Lunga, the Sbarcatello, the Acqua Dolce and the Viste .... everywhere the sea is really splendid.
Before the village, the tourist port of Cala Galera is home to many VIP boats and yachts.
