VILLA 18 PERS. PRIVATE POOL VIEW STAFF
INTERIORS:
Ground floor: small living room with fireplace and sofas for 5, computer at guests'disposal, professional kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 3 double bedrooms with bathroom en-suite with bath/shower and double washbasin and access to the garden, 1 bathroom with shower.
First floor: living room with tv and sofas for 4, 4 double bedrooms with bathroom en-suite with bath/shower, 2 of which are communicating.
Annex (150 m2):
Large, covered, panoramic veranda with dining room with table for 35 seats, pizza oven and laundry room (washing machine). 1 small double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Another very large suite (45 m2) with separate entrance and bathroom with shower.
In order to pass from one bedroom to the other, clients have to exit the annex.
IMPORTANT, the common dining area is external in respect to the bedrooms and the kitchen!
COTTAGE (130 m2): sauna, Jacuzzi bath, gym and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The cottage on the premises works as wellness center, only for the renters of the villa and on request. The services are to be paid extra.
BEDROOMS:
Each of the tastefully-appointed guest rooms has a private bath, satellite TV, minibar, air-conditioning, and wireless Internet.
BATHROOMS
Each bathroom has a tub and shower with glass sinks and tuscan's travertine.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is ideal to have an easy start doing things and is well furnished.
LIVING ROOM
The Villa offers a library, with relax area where there is a large satellite TV with Sky.
From this position you can admire a breathtaking view.

We were a party of 14 and this Villa was fantastic!! It exceeded our expectations. The photos represent the villa perfectly. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Appliances worked very well. We loved sitting out by the pool in the evening. The owners were very welcoming and made sure that we had everything that we needed. They were very helpful and arranged a wonderful dinner for us. It was situated very well for day trips to Florence, Volterra,, Siena etc. Save time to enjoy this property though

Wir haben ein grosses Familienfest hier gefeiert und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist wahnsinnig geschmackvoll eingerichtet: in so einem schönen Haus haben wir noch nie gelebt. Der Garten mit dem Schwimmbad sind fantastisch zu jeder Tageszeit und das Licht ist einfach umwerfend. Wir waren alle bester Stimmung und sind nach unseren 2 Ausflügen immer gerne wieder zurück gekommen. Es war viel zu schade woanders zu sein. Toll!
