Magnificent 17th century villa located in a dominant position among the hills of Versilia which present all the natural features typical of Tuscany.

The Villa offers its guests a pool for entertaining with friends or family, a large garden where you can welcome your guests, a barbecue area that will make your evenings during the summer season and a billiard to spend nice evenings . The property overlooks the sea and enjoys a splendid view to the islands and the Cinque Terre. The villa has been recently restored with valuable furnishings, walls decorated with frescoes, collectibles and offers great comfort. Splendid garden (8000m2) well maintained with lawns, Italian gardens, fruit trees (mandarins, oranges, kiwis, pears), fountains and a large panoramic terrace equipped, ideal for meals in the shade of a large pavilion.

The property consists of the main villa and a small apartment a few meters carefully restored, old olive press with all the old wooden machinery has been saved and can be admired inside.
The rental price does not include the small apartment (rental price on request) which may be occupied occasionally by the owner who does not access the outdoor areas and the pool reserved for guests.

The seaside is approx. 5km. In the surroundings, many seaside resorts like Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi etc. ... with luxury seaside resorts, fashion boutiques and world-famous nightclubs.

The Villa enjoys an ideal geographical position for visiting important centers of interest such as Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini Terme, Florence and the Cinque Terre.

First floor: living room, suite with living room and double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub (hydromassage), 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, WC.
Second floor: living room (TV-Sat), a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, toilet, living room, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with laundry area (lava -linge), a double room with extra single bed, bathroom with shower.
