The area of ​​San Gimignano concentrates all the natural, historical and gastonomic characteristics typical of Tuscany.

The Villa offers a pool to spend relaxing hours with friends or family, a large garden equipped with a barbecue area for your summer meals, a beautiful fireplace that will make the atmosphere warm and welcoming during the coolest days . This splendid villa has been recently renovated preserving the original structure and transformed into a beautiful resort that can accommodate up to 16 people in the main body and 8 people in the outbuilding (to rent only with the main house) for a total of 24 people. The interiors are neat, welcoming and furnished with great taste.
The property is equipped with every comfort and allows guests to spend pleasant holidays in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.

At guests' disposal: large panoramic terraced garden with tables and arbours, private pool (8 mx 16 m - maximum depth: 2.3 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) with hydromassage corner and pool area for children (diameter 8 m), sauna, cloakroom and bathroom. Ping-pong. Washing machine. Internet connection (ADSL) and air conditioning in the villa.
Parking with garage (8 cars).
Extra services: baby cot (free use - to be requested when booking). Possibility to organize cooking classes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner service (price on request). Baby sitter (price on request).
Cleaning service included in the weekly rental price (3 hours per day).

DESCRIPTION OF INTERIORS
Ground floor: large living room (satellite TV) accessible by a large equipped terrace.
2 steps lower: dining area with fireplace and access to the outside, fully equipped kitchen (freezer, 2 ovens, dishwasher, microwave, ice machine, barbecue) with expenses.
2 steps down: bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and access to the outside.
1st floor: living room (satellite TV) with access to 4 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Each room has a private bathroom (3 have a bathroom with shower, a room has a bathroom with bath and 2 rooms have bathroom with bathtub with hydro-massage).
2nd floor: double room with private bathroom with shower.
All rooms have satellite TV and rooms with 2 single beds can be turned into double rooms.

Outbuilding 250 m2
The outbuilding is rented exclusively with the main house.
If we will only rent the villa, the outbuilding will remain closed.
