The Villa is a splendid resort with private swimming pool which offers to its guests an unforgettable luxury experience about 3km from the small medieval town of Montecarlo in the Province of Lucca.
Enchanting panorama on a typical Tuscan landscape near all these emblematic places, natural, historical or gastronomic, of this magnificent region of Tuscany.

The Villa offers a setting with all the comforts and especially the swimming pool where to spend pleasant hours with friends or family, a large garden to welcome guests, with a barbecue area. The house was completely restructured in 2010 and transformed into a magnificent country residence. The interiors are furnished with care and taste.
Access via an unpaved road in good condition.

At guests' disposal: large garden with private pool (18 x 6m - depth: 1,20 / 1,50m - open from 01/04 to 30/10). Large paved and equipped space in front of the house ideal for meals, barbecue, table tennis.
Internet connection (free use), TV and air conditioning in all rooms. Washing machine available.
Parkng in the property.
