Large and typical 15th century farmhouse built on the ruins of a former convent of the 13th century and characterized by a superb inner courtyard.
The region of Montalcino and Val D'orcia concentrates all the natural, historical and gastonomic characteristics typical of this part of Tuscany.

The Villa offers a swimming pool for friends or family, a large garden equipped with a barbecue area for your al fresco summer meals, a beautiful fireplace that will make the atmosphere warm and inviting during the coldest days. The house is located in the center of a large estate of 100ha with production of wine and olive oil, in a quiet position and enjoys a magnificent panorama. The Villa has been completely restructured with taste and care, safeguarding the charm and features of the original architecture and old materials. The furnishings are comfortable with some old pieces in perfect harmony with the setting.
Access to the property via an unpaved road in good condition of approximately 1.50km.

At guests' disposal: nice courtyard with old wood oven and loggia (outdoor living). Laundry (access from the outside).
