200m from the fine sandy beach, in a quiet area with impressive views of the sea and mountains, with capacity for 8 people.
The villa is built on one level, i. e. the access to it is without stairs.
It has a large enclosed and partially gardened plot of approximately 2,400 m² with an interior surface area of approximately 200 m2.

Inside: a living-room/dining room with SAT TV and a room in which 2 single beds are installed (this area is not a bedroom).
From the lounge/dining room, direct access to a covered terrace and the swimming pool is possible. Fully equipped independent kitchen with gas burners, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and kitchen utensils. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 air conditioning unit and an en suite bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 air conditioning unit. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and an air conditioning unit. 1 bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and where the washing machine is located.

Outside: a large partially gardened and enclosed plot with a large swimming pool (10x5 m), including metal stairs, outdoor shower and barbecue.
Closed car park that can accommodate 2-3 vehicles.
A short distance will give you access to the fine sandy beach (Puerto Blanco Beach 200 m), the restaurant and port "Puerto Deportivo" (0.2 km), the city centre of Calpe (1.2 km), as well as the supermarket (Eroski 1.4 km). Maritime walk and large fine sandy beach (Arenal-Bol 2.2 km).

Observations: Animals are accepted with an extra charge of 40 € for the stay. There is the possibility of accommodating an additional person at extra cost
