Chalet located in Cala Morell, one of the quietest and most beautiful urbanizations on the north coast of the island of Menorca. The situation of the house is excellent for being a very quiet wooded area and close to the cove (about 5 minutes walk). It is just 10 minutes by car from the lively Ciutadella, whose old quarter has been declared a historical-artistic site.

It is built on a tree plot of 1,300 m2. The architectural design of the swimming pool and the house, which uses the unevenness of the land, are skilfully integrated with the Mediterranean vegetation (pines, bushes and palm hearts). The built area is 167 m2.

The ground floor includes a spacious air-conditioned living room, two double bedrooms, a third double bedroom and a full bathroom; an attractive unevenness links the living room with the corridor leading to the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances (ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave). The living room has direct access to the covered terrace area, an ideal place to eat outside, have family or friends meetings, or simply enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings.

On the first floor there is an attic-terrace that can be accessed from the outside, with parquet floor, bathroom and fridge type minibar. From the terrace you can contemplate the landscaped area and the swimming pool of the villa, the sunsets, as well as see the sea.

The swimming pool area has an outdoor shower and a large rest area with hammocks; it has both solariums and shaded areas due to the vegetation that surrounds it.
