The property is located among the hills behind Cortona (about 25km) and welcomes its guests in a large house with an outdoor area equipped for al fresco dining. Above ground pool a few meters from the house to cool off.

Comfortable furnishings. Air conditioning in the rooms. The house is located in an old town with a small church and a bar. In the village of Mercatale (7km): essential shops and a mini-market.

Many points of interest to visit within a radius of 50 km: Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Gubbio, Perugia and Montepulciano, etc.
