The villa is located 50 meters above the sea and has a breathtaking view to the peninsula of Argentario and the island of Giglio. It is surrounded by a large well-kept park and a private swimming-pool (15x5 m) with bathroom. The villa's position is just for quietness, privacy and relax. In the garden, customers will enjoy many areas for reading, relaxation, sun bathing and dining.
Internal Description:
2 twin bedrooms (including 1 with bunk bed) and 3 double bedrooms. All bedrooms are very bright with a wonderful view to the surrounding nature, except for the bedroom with bunk bed. There are 6 bathrooms (5 of which are ensuite and 1 full guest bathroom), 1 modern and fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room with verand and amazing view.
The furnishings of the villa are new and of first quality; the interiors are carefully chosen by the owner.
The house is fully air-conditioned and all the windows have mosquito screens (except for the veranda of the living room).
The Villa can be rent with 2 additional double bedrooms, thus increasing the total capacity to 14 persons.

For bookings of 3 weeks: 3.000,00€ by bank transfer. That amount will be returned after check-out in full, subject to deduction for damage caused.

J'ai passé la dernière semaine de juin dans la Villa avec des amis, une vue imprenable, une excellente propriété à deux pas de la mer, propre, confortable avec lave-vaisselle, four à micro-ondes, wifi et lave-linge, parfait !

Ho soggiornato per una settimana a questa Villa con tutta la mia famiglia e devo dire che è stata una bellissima vacanza. La casa è molto bella e ampia, ed è esattamente come descritta, su due piani, circondata da un bel giardino da cui si vede il mare, in una zona molto tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito, estremamente confortevole e ben organizzato, sia nella zona notte che nella cucina e in generale nella zona giorno. Punta Ala ci è piaciuta moltissimo, è un posto incantevole immerso nella natura, ideale sia per chi ama il relax che per chi ama lo sport; ci siamo recati più volte in spiaggia presso lo stabilimento Golf Beach, dove abbiamo usufruito di ombrellone con tutta l'attrezzatura da spiaggia, compresi i teli da mare puliti ogni giorno (così non è necessario portarseli da casa). Ci sono anche un bel bar su terrazza panoramica e un comodo parcheggio. Quindi....non vediamo l'ora di ripetere questa esperienza, complimenti Giovanna e grazie di tutto!
