INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
The property (main building and dependance) can accommodate up to 12 people for a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Main building set on 3 floors.
Lower floor: spa (entrance on the back of the villa) with wellness facilities : Turkish bath, sauna, Jacuzzi, cyclette and stepper.
Ground floor: veranda with fireplace, old stone floors, wicker sofa and armchairs, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass,
billiard room with corner bar, main kitchen and elegant dining room with fireplace, cozy living room with comfortable sofa, armchair and flat TV.
Upper floor,: 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and 1 with twin beds), all elegantly furnished and equipped with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (including 3 with bathtub and shower and 1 with shower).
Large living room with wooden beams, sofas, armchairs, old Tuscan fireplace and a wooden desk.
Dependance (2 floors):
Cozy living area with small kitchen, dining table and sofa.
First floor: two bedrooms (1 double and 1 with two single beds, ideal for children) and bathroom (shower).

The property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
Included in the price: Housekeeper (4 hours mid-week); linen change weekly; towel change mid-week; utilities (gas, water, electricity); Spa usage; final cleaning.
Excluded from the price: Air conditioning consumption 0,50/meter; heating consumption; pool heating; city tax of 10,50€ per adult per week (children under 13 years old free); villa pre-stocking; airport transfer; activities and excursions.
Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay 1.000,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.

Notre chambre était immense, avec cheminée, cuisine et très grand lit. Et c'était paisible et calme et tout était propre et ordonnée. Le lendemain, nous sommes allés visiter, la meilleure partie de la journée était après la conduite et les visites un merveilleux dîner préparé. Tout ce que nous avions à faire: s'asseoir et se détendre, puis on dégustait nourriture et vin dans un véritable cadre toscan. Nous avons vraiment adoré.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'isolement de la Villa. Nous avons visité plusieurs villes toscanes voisines. La salle à manger séjour est vraiment super !! Nous avons aussi apprécié la cuisine et la vie toscanes durant cette semaine.
