The beautiful oval-shaped pool is surrounded by plants and flowers with deckchairs and parasols, exceptional views of Monte Argentario and the old fishing village of Porto Ercole.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The Villa, designed on 2 levels, has been furnished in a typical Italian style and can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: Spacious and inviting living room, large French windows, veranda, comfortable sofas, fireplace, flat screen TV and a very nice games table.
Dining room (wooden table), kitchen (direct access to the back garden) fully equipped, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, laundry and small double bedroom with bathroom (shower) to accommodate the staff.
Master double bedroom (large double bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub), double bedroom (with en suite shower), bedroom with twin beds and double bedroom (each with en-suite shower).

First floor: bedroom with twin beds and private bathroom (shower) and wide balcony, veritable roof terrace with splendid sea view.

Wifi Internet connection throughout the villa. Rooms with air conditioning and windows equipped with mosquito nets.
