The Villa is a splendid property surrounded by a beautiful garden rich in pines and olive trees, without vis-à-vis; also chestnut woods, oaks and pines, which separates the villa from other houses around; private pool with space for outdoor dining and a solarium of about 100 m2.

The Villa consists of 3 floors: main floor (with mezzanine), outbuilding and solarium.
Magnificent living room completely glazed with a beautiful view to the valleys of Camaiore, and in the distance on the sea; large sofa and long stone bench and a lava stone fireplace; direct access to the terrace and the pool. Dining room with large teak table 12 people.
Spacious large solarium terrace surrounding the Villa. Living room and large modern kitchen with complete equipment and space reserved for breakfast and meals.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe and bathroom: one with double bath and the second with bath-shower and hydromassage. Mezzanine with third bedroom with two twin beds and small bathroom (shower).

In the basement: dependence for two people of 50 square meters, with separate entrance for pe a couple of friends (living room with sofa bed, room with a bed for two people, bathroom with washing machine and shower ).

The Villa can accommodate 8 people maximum (6 within the villa + 2 in the outbuilding).

This property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday
