The Villa is a wonderful 16th century manor house, part of a vast estate over approximately 70 hectares in one of the most striking Tuscan countryside: the Valdarno.
The Estate is composed of the Villa (the main villa), six farmhouses, recently restored with utmost attention to every detail,
a Renaissance chapel and 2 tennis courts (used by all guests of the estate).
Large, well-kept private garden with lawn and monumental trees with a dining table, a lounge area and umbrella, a panoramic terrace and a beautiful swimming pool with parasol and sun loungers.
INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
The property spread over 2 floors, is elegantly furnished with many antiques, original frescoes giving a very charming old-times atmosphere and can welcome up to 12 people for a total of 6 double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
Ground floor: very spacious double entrance hall; cosy and elegant reading room with a carved stone fireplace, comfy sitting room with TV; large and inviting dining room; magnificent living room with three French doors opening to a panoramic terrace;
fully equipped kitchen with breakfast room with an open fireplace; guest bathroom (2 sinks, 1 toilet with sink and 1 toilet with sink and shower).
First floor (sleeping area ): master bedroom with spacious ensuite bathroom (bathtub and shower); dressing room; 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (shower); double bedroom with private bathroom (shower); delightful living room with original frescoes and fireplace.
Included free Wi-Fi, mosquito screens, All bedrooms and sitting rooms with air conditioning. Small/medium sized pets allowed upon request (with an extra fee). No smoking inside the villa.

This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights with no restrictions.
Included in the price:
- Electricity, air conditioning, heating, water, gas for domestic use and final cleaning;
- Staff: 1 waiter for breakfast (8 am – 12 am) and for dinner (6 pm - 10 pm), 1 maid for 2 hours, 1 cook (for dinner only, cost of ingredients extra);
- Daily change of bath towels;
- Pool towels;
- Mid-week change of bed linen;
- Wi-Fi internet connection;
- Gardener and pool maintenance;
- Private parking.
Excluded from the price & extra:
- Food and beverages to be paid in cash
- Extra housekeeping service: € 20 per hour

This is an ideal location to stay in Tuscany, conveniently located to so many of the charming Tuscan towns. The owner is a special gem who is so accommodating and helpful with recommendations of local places to eat, wineries to visit, even unique meals in Tuscan homes. She knows everyone in the area and any place you go that she recommends you are treated especially wonderfully. The rooms are spacious, the pool area beautiful and our breakfasts were relaxing and yummy. And to think it was a ancient stone building that has been lovingly (through a many year process) restored to its original design. It is magnificent! Highly recommended!

Sehr nette, freundliche und auch lustige Gastgeberin, die uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt ganz toll, weil das Schwimmbad so schön liegt. Es gibt auch Spielgeräte für Kinder. Das Frühstück war ganz toll und wurde in einer Veranda mit super schöner Aussicht serviert
