The property, covering an area of ​​approximately 10 hectares, comprises the main house, its outbuilding and the old farm currently closed to the public.
A staircase of 60 steps leads to the panoramic swimming pool with hydromassage.

The electricity within the property is provided through a photovoltaic system that presses the olives and transforms them into biomass. The olive press is powered by geothermal energy.

The main house was built on 2 levels in a style combining typical Tuscan materials (terracotta and stone) with specific finishes giving it a truly modern look.

Coming from the driveway in front of the villa, you have direct access to the main living room divided into a living room with a fireplace on one side and a reading area with a fireplace also on the other; very nice dining room with quite large fireplace; equipped kitchen.
