The large swimming pool, 2 sides of 11 meters, is heatable and accessible by a slope, ideal for children as well as for wheelchairs with hydraulic massages. (a few hours a day)

The swimming pool is located next to the terraces, on the first floor, overlooking the vineyards and the village of Moraira, surrounded by the Mediterranean.

On the first floor, you will find the luxury living room with its high ceiling, large windows overlooking the terraces and large satellite screen (38 inch).

Deluxe open-plan kitchen with induction hob, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave oven and dining area overlooking the terraces... Barbecue, / Mexican bread oven.
4 bedrooms, two of which share a large bathroom, wheelchair accessible. The other two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Two of the four bedrooms have bay windows overlooking the terraces.
