The Villa is a superb 12th century property located in a large park in the Val d'Arbia, in the province of Siena.
Inside the park there lovely private pool (secured for children) surrounded by lawns and equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers as well as a tennis court and bicycles reserved exclusively for guests.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR
The property, which develops over 2 floors, has been carefully renovated and is furnished in a style that skilfully combines antique furniture with modern comforts. The Villa can accommodate up to 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Ground floor (day area): living room with fireplace and piano, dining room elegantly furnished with a beautiful chandelier, and fully equipped kitchen, toilet.

First floor: second fully equipped kitchen with dining table, double bedroom with courtyard view and en-suite bathroom with shower, bedroom with two single beds with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Second living room with sofas, satellite TV and usable fireplace.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and bath) and views of the surrounding countryside; double bedroom with views of the countryside and the garden and en-suite bathroom (with shower).
Bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, with views of the courtyard and en-suite bathroom (with shower).

Spa: in a separate building and in common with guests of neighboring Villa, ultramodern gym, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi for 6 people and relaxation area with sofa and TV.

The villa has Wi-Fi access. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms and in the living room on the first floor. Small and medium size animals are allowed on request.
