DESCRIPTION OF EXTERIORS
The property is beautifully situated on a green hill, just outside Lucca, with magnificent views up to the Apuan Alps on the horizon.
It is a building with original stone walls, decorated with red bricks characteristic of rural buildings in Tuscany, in the heart of a private garden with English lawns and large vases of flowers, lemon trees, aromatic plants and a pergola covered with different kinds of climbing plants.
Inside the garden: comfortable relaxation area furnished with sofas, armchairs and coffee tables, the ideal place for a break or a pleasant meal; and a greenhouse to relax, practice yoga or even paint.
Finally, a panoramic terrace, perfect place to relax enjoying the beautiful view.
The outdoor areas are embellished with a beautiful panoramic swimming pool with solarium and a splendid view of the valley, a gazebo and a pool house with wardrobes and toilets, shower, refrigerator and two single beds.
Guests also have access to a barbecue and a wood oven to prepare good pizza outdoors.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR
This property (600 m2), develops on 3 floors and can accommodate 12 + 2 people with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
The furniture is a perfect blend of modern and functional furniture and precious and old pieces. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams and the floors have retained the original red terracotta tiles.

Ground floor: living room with open fireplace, large outdoor loggia with seating and dining area. Well-equipped kitchen with French doors leading to the garden and outside dining area (dishwasher, microwave, moka, coffee maker, oven, kettle, fridge with ice dispenser, toaster, blender and juicer, toilet and laundry.

First floor:
Large mezzanine lounge with marble fireplace.
Sleeping area composed of:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower
- 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with bathtub
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that shares a bathroom with shower with another double bedroom.

Second floor:
The top floor includes a studio with a double sofa bed and a fireplace. The master bedroom is located after the office and includes a double bed and a large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.

Wi-Fi Internet connection and air conditioning available (in all rooms). All windows have mosquito nets. Animals are not allowed.
