EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION
The villa is set in a unique position, nestled in the enchanting Tuscan countryside. The estate is a true oasis of tranquillity : the lovely, private swimming pool, is surrounded by gardens, vineyards and olive trees and the adjacent stone terrace is protected by a fence ensuring complete privacy. Comfortable sun-beds provide total relaxation, either under the shade of the olive trees or at the pool’s edge together with a splendid vine covered gazebo, chairs and a table for 10 people, an amazing Jacuzzi hot tub, an outdoor shower, a changing cabin with a small fridge; a huge table and chairs for 20 persons welcome you to the courtyard. and a charming open-air theatre offers concerts, parties or private events.

INTERIORS
The Villa can accommodate up to 14 people in seven finely furnished bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus a smaller but cozy one perfect for kids or young people. Meticulous and detailed restoration, with the objective of retaining as many of the original architectural elements of the villa, has resulted in recreating the ancient atmosphere of this noble family home. Lastly, all art lovers will enjoy the permanent exhibition of contemporary art works of Villa Castellare de' Sernigi.

The Villa is set on 2 levels:
Ground floor: two living rooms and a dining room. A grand dining room modern table, three meters long (with the possibility of an extension , 12-20 persons), comfortable chairs and sideboards and an impressive fireplace . All dishes and plates are embossed with the Sernigi family crest. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen (professional stoves, an industrial dishwasher, double refrigerator and a marble topped table) and a convenient guest bathroom. Finally 1 bedroom behind the kitchen with small window, twin beds and en-suite bathroom.

Top floor: two large living rooms with large arched windows, comfortable sofas or armchairs with a view to the tall cypress trees nearby and magnificent stone fireplace bearing the Sernigi Family crest; in an elegant antique cabinet, a satellite TV, a DVD and CD player. The rest of the level leads to the sleeping area made up of 5 airy and wide bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. All the bathrooms have been completely restored and have large showers. The furnishings have been carefully chosen in order to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment, which is in harmony with the essence of the Villa. The furniture is completely renovated with special attention to comfort and taste such as the selection of beds which are all sommier.

In the cellar there is also a cozy massage table.

On request and only together with the rental of the Villa, the Guest House Casa Maria can be rent for additional guests. This cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and can sleep up to 6 people.
