INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
The property (340 sqm), spread over 2 floors and furnished in a modern style with light colors, can accommodate up to 13 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Ground floor: open space area, made up of: some joinable dining tables (which can accommodate up to 16 people); a comfortable white sofa; a satellite flat TV; a corner bar (with fridge and ice maker); a modern, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, induction stove and dishwasher).
A bedroom (also for disabled people) with double bed, satellite tv, private access to the garden and ensuite bathroom (with shower and also access for disabled people).
A guest bathroom, also suitable for disabled people.
Delightful spa, consisting of: a sauna (4 sqm), a Turkish bath with sensorial lights (4 sqm), a heated hot tub (2.5 x 3.8 m) with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, 2 locker rooms with showers and WC and 2 sunbeds for relaxation.
Sleeping area divided as follows: 3 elegant triple bedrooms (with a double bed and a single bed) and 1 double bedroom, all equipped with satellite tv and ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Loft room with flat tv and a corner sofa, which can only be reached by a lift from the spa.
Included free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (throughout the whole villa). Pets are allowed on request.

CONDITIONS AND PRICES
This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights (except in July and August when the minimum stay is 7 nights).
Included in the price: Park, pool and house maintenance; use of the hot tub; use of the heated loungers, sauna and turkish bath for 1 hour per day, the available hours are cumulative for the duration of the stay.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (150,00€); utilities (25,00€/day); use of the heated loungers, sauna and Turkish bath 20,00€/hour if exceeded daily limit usage. Tourist tax of 0,35€ per person (over the age of 12) per night, for the first 7 nights (not self-sufficient people with disabilities and accompanying person are exempt from the payment of this tax).
Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay 500,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
