Description of the exteriors:
Located on the first floor, with lift - 25 steps, a palazzo located in Borgo Santa Croce, a quiet street not far from the Basilica of Santa Croce. From here, it is easy to reach Florence's most famous landmarks such as the Cathedral, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery. In addition, the district of Santa Croce has many restaurants and typical shops where you can taste and buy the Florentine specialties.
Description of the interior:
Modern apartment (135 m2) that develops on one level. On entering is the modern living room with double sofa bed and flat screen TV. We then discover, still in the same space, a table for 6 people and open kitchen, with island including a hob and sink. A vestibule to the right of the entrance leads to the first bedroom on the right. There is also the first en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bathroom is in front of the vestibule, with a shower and washing machine that also functions as a tumble dryer. Finally, the second bedroom is on the left of the vestibule, furnished with two single beds and its adjoining bathroom, the third of the apartment, with shower. All ceilings are decorated with frescoes and admire all the better thanks to excellent lighting and glass false ceilings.

2nd visit to this great apartment. Perfectly located with shops just outside door and food market few steps away. Immaculately clean apartment. Perfect size for our family of 4. Added benefit of a lift to the apartment (very unusual in central Florence) Also air conditioning. Perfect choice if you plan to stay in Florence. Clean, good communucation from owner and perfect location with lots of added extras. Cant wait to come back Again!

Great location in the center of Town, the shopping is right outside the door and the apartment is clean and cute. We loved it!

Everything was withing walking distance. Drop off and pick up of keys was easy. I really enjoyed the ambiance and the effort made to decorating the flat, other members of the group found it a little musty smelling but well, just a detail!.
