Moraira is a small village in the province of Alicante, which has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region, thanks to the wonderful sandy beaches and crystal clear water creeks.

The housing has 3 floors. On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with shower, a private bathroom and 3 double bedrooms, all giving access to the terrace with views to the sea and the rock of Ifach.

On the middle floor, you access by a naya with outdoor furniture, views to the pool and the sea.
Upon entering, there is a large living room with a fireplace. A dining room, communicating with an inner terrace, a double room, a bathroom with shower and the kitchen. Kitchen fully equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and fridge / freezer.

On the ground floor a naya facing the pool, with outdoor furniture where to protect from the sun. Parking for 3 cars. Barbecue hard, with sink, next to the pergola, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. A terrace with a neat garden and a large private pool.
