This modern style property located high above the sea is an invitation to the senses, it surprises with its impressive views of the coast uniting Moraira with Calpe, with one of the most emblematic symbols of the Costa Blanca, the Rock of Ifach, on the right and the Cap d'Or in Moraria on the left.

The villa can accommodate 8 people in a quiet subdivision between Benissa and Moraira, 2 km from the sea and all amenities. In less than 10 minutes you can enjoy the wonderful beaches and coves of the Costa Blanca and the snorkeling routes.

The recently renovated villa is distributed over two floors.
On the first floor a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a rest area with beautiful views thanks to its circular layout, as well as three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On the lower floor you have a bedroom with its own bathroom.
a room has been arranged to spend a good relaxed evening, with several sun loungers, a billiard table, a bar with stools and a beautiful terrace. There is also a belvedere / dining room, ideal for enjoying the sunny days of the Costa Blanca. The living rooms and bedrooms of the apartment have air conditioning.

The Villa terrace is also located on the ground floor and has a private swimming pool and a barbecue area with several sofas and terrace furniture.
The pool can be heated for 110€ per week.
