Large villa near San Antonio very popular because of its peaceful and private location. However, a 20-minute walk along the nearby country trail will take you directly to the lively and vibrant resort of San Antonio Bay. From the bay, you can take the shore trail that leads you along the Ocean Beach Club, the Ibiza Rocks Bar, the fabulous Arenal Beach and the Eden and Es Paradis nightclubs.

You can even walk to the famous Sunset Strip to visit Mambo, Café del Mar, Savannah and Mint. If you take it easy, and stop at a few bars along the road, it is quite possible to reach on foot everything San Antonio has to offer for a night out.

You enter the Villa through a large sliding door that opens onto a huge driveway with many parking spaces. The entrance to the villa leads to the central corridor from where the ground floor of the property is accessed. This floor consists of three bedrooms, a large modern kitchen, dining room and a newly renovated modern bathroom, plus another bathroom.
From the hallway is the staircase leading to the first floor of the villa where there are three other bedrooms, a newly equipped bathroom, a large living room and French windows opening onto a sunny terrace. There is also another bathroom on this floor. Each floor of the villa has double rooms.

Outside, the villa has a large swimming pool with plenty of space to lay down your sun loungers and look across the countryside overlooking the bay of San Antonio. There is a shaded terrace with an outdoor dining room and a brick barbecue. It is an ideal place for long, lazy lunches with a break from the intense bright summer sunshine, if you wish!
