Authentic Ibiza style

This property is a typical Ibiza farmhouse (known locally as "finca") located in a pretty walled park. Last year, the owners renovated a beautiful new kitchen and a modern bathroom. The location is perfect; a quiet property on a hillside, but only a few minutes by car from San Antonio, but you can also reach the city on foot in about half an hour.

Swimming pool and outdoor dining room

Beautiful and well proportioned, this finca has plenty of space around the pool, either in the comfort of a deckchair overlooking the fabulous views or in the shaded dining room near the summer kitchen and the brick barbecue.

Swimming pool with sea view

The villa has a closed private driveway, with many parking spaces for several cars. Upon arrival at the villa, you will be enchanted by the magnificent view of the sea from the pool and terrace, as well as by the view of the surrounding countryside. In fact, this villa is very popular with television crews because of these amazing views.

The interior
You enter the villa in a finca style living room with comfortable seats. On the left, one bedroom with its own adjoining bathroom, plus another bedroom with an adjoining independent bathroom. On the other side of the living room, at the other end of the villa, is the new fully equipped kitchen. Outside the kitchen is another dining room with table and chairs and the original bread oven. The other two bedrooms are located at this end of the villa, sharing a modern bathroom. Double or twin beds in all rooms.

The Villa is perfect for those who wish to experience a typical Ibiza finca, located in an amazing environment with incredible views, but quite close to everything San Antonio has to offer.
