Leaving the hallway to enter in to the large open plan great room.
Beginning with a small office space with antique desk and chair.
Leading then into the main living space with comfortable sofas seated around the fireplace, a TV, a DVD player and sound system.
To the right of the living room is the dining area with large table to seat 8 guests.
Also a small library area .
Both the Living and Dining rooms have patio doors leading to the terrace surrounding the ground floor.
Moving through the dining room you approach the well appointed large kitchen and laundry.
Also there is a breakfast area.

On the ground floor is one of the bedrooms.
A lovely twin bedded room with private en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor. To the left a twin bedded room with en suite bathroom.
Straight ahead as you reach the top of the stairs is another great twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom.
