The lounge benefits from an open fire for the cooler off season evenings, flat screen TV with cable and a stereo system.
Well equipped traditionally tiled kitchen.
From the kitchen is a small yard, with the gas barbecue, and a separate shower and toilet

2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 double and 1 twin sharing a bathroom.
Upstairs to a 2nd twin room with ensuite bathroom.
The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite bath.

Outside in the gardens there are mainly the pool , loungers and parasols and outside seating for both dining and leisure.
There is a safe located in the villa.
