ACCOMMODATION:
The villa is on 2 floors with bedrooms on both levels.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, open plan living and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped.
The comfortable living and dining area is equipped with a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating and dramatic coastal views. The sliding doors lead out to the infinity pool, terrace and garden.

The two bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom.
One room is a small twin bedded room and the other is a double bedroom.
Upstairs on the first floor are two further bedrooms both of which are en-suite.
The master bedroom has it's own terrace with fantastic ocean views.
The 2nd bedroom is twin bedded.

Outside the large mature garden is facing the ocean.
The infinity edge swimming pool also faces the sea and there is an additional terrace at the bottom of the garden to enjoy the evening sunsets.
