A modern and comfortable Portugal Luxury Villa Rental with lovely views of the sea and along the coast. 
It has recently been completely refurbished and now offers five good bedrooms with air conditioning throughout, private pool with optional heating, wireless internet, gym, sauna, Turkish bath and home cinema. 
The popular area of Santa Eulalia with bars and restaurants is very close but the villa is generally quiet as it is up a steep slope from the beach.
There is an additional annex available at a further cost to sleep 4

Accommodation
On two floors: entrance is to the upper floor and the lower floor leads out to the pool and terraces.
The sitting room is modern and comfortable.There is a separate home cinema room with DVD.
The kitchen is new,modern and open plan.
It is excellently equipped .
The dining area with large table and 10 chairs is adjacent. 
There is a second simpler kitchen on the pool level.

There are 2 double rooms and 3 twins on the ground floor (pool level), all with bathroom en suite:
Bedroom 1 has double bed, balcony and bathroom
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and en suite bathroom
Bedroom 3 has king size double bed and bathroom
Bedroom 4 has twin beds and en suite bathroom
Bedroom 5 has twin beds and en suite bathroom

The gym room has cycle machine, treadmill, sauna and Turkish bath (hammam).

Outdoors are terraces from which to enjoy the spectacular views. 
On the living room level is a wide terrace and separate dining table with built-in charcoal barbecue. 
The pool is small and can be heated if required.
There is also a Jacuzzi. 
Due to they layout of the garden, small children should be supervised at all times in the outdoor areas.
The hot water system is solar. 
There is an alarm and electric gate.
