We have welcomed celebrities, CEO’s and Royals who desire the exclusivity and privacy not found at the nearby 5 star resorts.

The Estate includes over 7,000 sq ft of Interior space and its beachfront location provides panoramic views of the sea and the Dubai Marina skyline. The property features extraordinary amenities for relaxation, entertainment, dining and play, which acts as your very own private resort to enjoy with up to 16 friends or family.

Spend your days basking in Dubai’s endless sunshine by taking out the kayaks, having a barbeque, or enjoying the private heated pool and private 2km stretch of beach. After the long days of sun, sand and shopping unwind in the villa’s large living rooms and enjoy the entertainment & Netflix options on the 4 Large HDTV’s spread throughout the estate. The WIFI provides all group sizes unlimited access in all rooms and even covers the pool and beach areas of the estate.

Inspired by our California home using simple yet efficient design, the Estate combines custom made furniture and luxurious appointments with neutral tones that provide a stark contrast to the bright colors of the sea.

The Estate includes 6 en-suite bedrooms spread over three floors, 3 of which include King size beds, 1 Queen size bed and 2 include two single beds each to accommodate the needs of multigenerational families and friends. The six en-suite style bedrooms and Restoration Hardware interiors create a luxury boutique hotel–style feel for up to sixteen guests.



Dubai's famous shopping, world class restaurants and glam nighltlife most of which is within a ten minute Uber or Taxi ride away. Although close to Dubai resorts, beaches and malls you will find it hard to leave this most lavish Beachfront Estate. Right in the heart of it all the private gated community allows you to enjoy the lazy peaceful days waking up to the silence and tranquility of the sea.
