This beautiful old farmhouse has recently been refurbished with the idea of ​​creating the perfect place for a family retreat or a gathering of friends wishing to spend time together in the south of France.
The house can accommodate up to 14 people. In the main house, there are 3 double bedrooms and a dormitory for children upstairs. Each room has an en suite bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom / bathroom with a private terrace. The annex is not connected to the main house, but a few steps from the central courtyard. It has a large bedroom with 2 double beds and a private bathroom.
There is a sunny swimming pool, with plenty of sun loungers, shaded areas, a lovely summer kitchen and a dining room for poolside lunches or snacks. The pool is heated from May to September. The spacious grounds have plenty of places where friends and family can have fun. As you walk around the property you will find a swing for the kids and plenty of space to run and play. For adults, there is a shady spot with a hammock, perfect for reading or napping. The lit pétanque court is near the house for tournaments before or after dinner.
In the house, the well-appointed kitchen is centered between the dining room and the living room. Historically, a farmhouse has a large porch adorned with vines on the south wall. It is to protect the entrance and provide shade in summer. Our house has the perfect porch that you will surely use to relax when you can. Whether you're preparing a meal, having a conversation, reading, or relaxing, you'll find that every detail has been meticulously thought out to make your home feel right at home.
The price includes bed linen, bath and pool towels and end-of-stay cleaning. For an extra charge, you can arrange a mid-stay cleaning.
