The main villa is situated on two floors and has been elegantly furnished in traditional style with many carefully collected turn of the century antique pieces. On the ground floor of the villa is a beautiful living room which boasts an inviting sitting area complete with original fireplace and comfortable sofas. Archways lead to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, and there is a handy washroom with w.c.
The villa and cottages are immersed in lovely mature grounds with many secluded spots relaxing in the garden or by the private pool (9m x 4m), set in a charming position below and with lovely views of the valley and medieval Cortona on the hillside.

Cortona, just 1 km away and accessible on foot is a charming town. Rich in history, it is a real joy to explore and has a variety of shops, and excellent restaurants. Within easy driving distance are many of the finest places of interest of Tuscany, including Siena, Montepulciano, and Pienza. Lake Trasimeno and the Umbrian towns of Perugia and Assisi can also be easily reached.

The Villa is a perfect choice for a group of friends or relatives travelling together as in total accommodates up to ten persons (plus two extra persons on request), yet the individual accommodation and secluded gardens at the same time offer discreet privacy to guests.
