The Villa, with its villegiatura style is comfortable and spacious, with air conditioning, broadly open to natural light and offers a stylish décor dominated by bright warm colors. The Villa is ideal for family holidays with children or groups of friends up to 18 people. The private park has a wide lawn around both a large and a small pool together with and outdoor hot tub.
The rooms are dispatched on three levels, fairly independent with a sleeping area, a dining room , living areas, health-spa-sport and entertainment grounds, not to mention the outside: a goreous park, swimming pools, jacuzzi, and solarium.
Getting around
You can spend your days relaxing on the nearby coast or inland of the Maremma, in Talamone, Castiglione della Pescaia, the Argentario, Pitigliano, Sovana, Sorano, or enjoying open air experiences like national parks and hot springs, or trekking, mountain biking, horseback riding, golf, sailing, diving and doing all water sports.

With estate vineyards on one side, and Maremma National Park on the other, this exclusive villa offers a gorgeous vantage point for soaking up this pristine pocket of Tuscany. Guests can enjoy (as we did) the villa’s Turkish Bath, outdoor pool and jacuzzi in the total privacy of the villa’s extensive grounds. The commune of Montiano is just 4kms away and has some excellent local restaurants and amenities. Gorgeous!

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit toller Poolanlage inkl. Kinderpool und ausreichend Liegen. Ruhige Lage mitten in den Weinbergen. Sehr nette Hausbetreuer. Wein und Olivenöl kann man direkt vor Ort kaufen. Zimmer sind sehr schön im toskanischem Stil. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
