The Villa is an elegant 19th-century aristocratic property situated in the very heart of a huge estate with terraced hills and olive groves. The Villa has its own private chapel and ancient olive press, and boasts sweeping views across the landscape and down to the valley towards the medieval hilltop town of Lucca. Formal typical Italian gardens lay to the front of the Villa, and behind a nice walled garden with beautiful lawns offers a peaceful place for the delightful swimming pool and sun-lounge.
Inside
All rooms in the Villa are elegantly decorated. All bedrooms are en-suite,and walls and ceilings are hand- painted. There are also magnificent views over the surrounding countryside and down to Lucca from all bedroom windows. With three living rooms, a formal dining room and study area, the property gives groups and families plenty of chances to relax and enjoy peaceful moments of privacy. An arched loggia offers a shady retreat for outdoor dinners with a view to the camelia garden.

Sono stato con mia moglie e mia figlia in questa bellissima villa con vista spettacolare ! Appartamento curato e con ampio patio vista mare (si bel tempo) dove poter mangiare . Bella piscina ! Ideale anche x giovani. Location perfetta tranquilla e ideale x raggiungere in pochi minuti Marina di Pisa/Pisa. In loco abbiamo trovato la gentilezza e l'ospitalità di Graziella ! Persona indimenticabile !

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à la Villa. Elle est très bien situé près de Viareggio et des principaux (Pise, Lucques, ...). Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse toutes les deux , et à notre départ. Il n'y a qu'une seule chose que les vacanciers doivent savoir: il y a des marches, et c'était difficile de monter nos valises en haut et d'en bas. La Villa est très spacieuse, il n'y avait que 4 personnes et nous avions plein de place. En plus il y avait une machine à laver et un endroit où faire sécher les vêtements, donc c'était très pratique. Bien que nous n'avons pas pris de repas dans ce qu'il y a aussi un lave-vaisselle. Une autre chose importante était que ça, c'était très calme.
