Nice villa with private pool located in Calpe, for 16 people. The recent villa is located near the sandy beach and the arenal promenade. The villa has an inner surface of approx. of 400 m2. It has a closed ground of 1000 m ² about. and has parking for 6 vehicles in the same plot.
Inside, the very large house consists of 2 floors. Ground floor: composed of a spacious living room with 1 air conditioner, satellite TV and access to the dining room overlooking the pool. Large independent kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils.
Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3: with a double bed
Bedroom 4: with double bed. 1 bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. 1 bathroom with toilet and sink.

1st floor: living room with television with TNT (not seated).
Bedroom 5: with 2 single beds and access to a balcony overlooking the pool.
Bedroom 6: 1 double bed with access to the solarium and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 7: with 2 single beds and exit to the balcony. 1 bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. local for the washing machine.
 Bedroom 8: with 2 single beds.

Outside, a large terrace with swimming pool (8x4), Roman steps, outdoor shower, barbecue. Access to the sandy beach and the promenade (beach of Arenal-Bol 900 m) center of Calpe (1 km) and to the supermarket (Lidl 600 m) with ease.

Observations: Possibility to accommodate 1 additional person against payment of 84 € per week. An animal weighing less than 12 kg is allowed at an extra charge of 40 € for the stay.
